Dil Awaiz Episode 23 Written Update & Review
Dasht-e-Tanhayi Mein…
Tamanna Begum and Gaiti croon this ghazal or geet whatever it is, but both Yasra Rizwi and Janan Hussain have such good voices, and they sing so well in sync.
The nice singing aside, Tamanna Begum vows to bring Dil Awaiz back into her haveli. This scares me, but I’m sure this WILL happen.

A Blast from Past
We see a little bit of Sitara and Nawab Shahabuddin. Sitara is dancing while others enjoy her performance. Later, Nawab Shahabuddin asks Sitara to marry him. Despite her apprehensions, Sitara agrees.
Tamanna Begum tries to stop Sitara, but Sitara wants to get married.
Asim Mehmood’s acting as jazbati josheela nawab is so over the top. Kinza Hashmi, however, looks like a million bucks and she has done well for a heartbroken artisan who wants a new life for herself. Good going, girl!

What Does Faria Want?
Faria calls Sikandar and tries to talk to him. I am still not sure what she wants. Sometimes, she comes across like a person who needs her parents’ love and attention, and I feel sorry for her. Other times, she comes across like a selfish person who will go to any length to ruin Dil Awaiz’s life, and I feel like scratching her face. I guess we can all give credit to the writer, and Sabeena Farooque for making this character so twisted.

A Little Moment of Romance
Sikandar snaps at Dil Awaiz, yet again. This is getting so repetitive that I simply roll my eyes. But later, he realizes his mistake and apologizes to her. Sweet moment, but too little. We want more of it.

AND it happened
Tamanna Begum learns about Sikandar and meets Dil Awaiz. The episode ends right then. Dayam! Now, I need to wait a day to see what happens.
