So long HKKST. The OST shows many scenes that PEMRA would object to. I think it will undergo a lot of edits. That would simply ruin our viewing experience
i was thinking that too.. well i think so.. because it was scheduled for today so 🤷🏽♀️
HKKST latest episode hasn’t aired so far. Does this PEMRA ban has anything to do with it?
okay, maan letha hun ki the actors themselves aren’t married but… rEALLY? the ban was mainly because some old fashioned audiences do not like to watch HUGGING scenes on TV… are you serious? ahahahah i mean i’m a huge sucker for romance… because i myself am shit single so i love vicariously through them but sigh:. not a lot of on air dramas have to go through a shit ton of editing like AKT and IEL and dobara that’s sad
Woah, someone is mighty pissed 🙂 I didn’t know about the ban. Perhaps the person enforcing the ban thinks that even Halal mohabbat is haram. Generally, the actors impersonating those characters are na-mehrams so that’s the islamic aspect of it. I can see where they’re coming from. But I agree with you. We shouldn’t show any violence, whether we show PDA or not.
I like close-door romance more, and I enjoy the no-touch chemistry as well. So I guess I wouldn’t mind.
And then there are always Turkish dramas 😉
Let’s watch one. What say? I’ve seen 22 episodes of kiralik ask. It’s sizzling hot.
Hi there, just wanted to rant. The pakistan electronic media has issued a ban on hugging and touching scenes??! it’s so messed up. dont mind my language but im so fking pissed. what tf is this? it’s ok to normalise violence but not affection? what sort of shittery is this.. this is unacceptable. and i dont see why islamic culture has anything to do about it. morever, most of them are halal, between husband and wife not even pre marital relationships shown. a husband cant show affection to his wife? oh fk off!! what a stupid ban. very illogical. seems like whoever made this ban is very loveless and he is a chronic bachelor. absolutely shameless. i might stop watching pak dramas altogether. pakistan media comittee is fked up altogether. such twisted people
