PLOT SUMMARY & MY COMMENTARY
So, saad is back home and is proud to have followed his father’s footsteps and having won sword of honour. He also asks Faraz for Mercedes, just as a joke. But Faraz tells him about the importance of friends and friendship over material things.
By the way, Saad looks like Amaan from Yeh Dil Mera when he wears sweaters.
It works. Saad calls Shahryar and meets him. He tells Saad about Sharique’s blossoming YouTube stardom.
I love Shahryar’s character. He is so chilled out and doesn’t ask questions when friends call him. I also like his new avatar.
Gulzar isn’t reduced to just a side character. He is still seen in his village and then at his post.
Malak Allah Yaar is trying to talk Shahzain out of his decision to enter politics. Although Mohammad Ahmed’s delivery makes it light and funny, the conversation is really deep and serious.
The conversation continues as Rani tries to dissuade him from entering politics. A very cute scene and a very nice performance by Zara Noor Abbas, yet again.
The best scene, however, is Saad’s chat with Dua. Barely a minute long, the scene touches a nerve.
The dude visits her and meets her mother. The room is quite nice for a house they have just moved into. Just saying.
And, that wheel chair reminds me of the many such chairs I saw during Umrah in Harmain Shareefain. Ah, the memories are still afresh.
Saad offers to set the house. He doesn’t even allow her to help him. And, the trick he uses to get her ring’s size is pretty impressive.
Can I have a gentleman like Saad Faraz IRL, please?
Vaneeza Ahmed is so graceful. The scene become more HD when she’s on screen.
Sharique makes a small appearance as he and Rimsha flirt with each other. Awnnn!
Saad joins the office and his juniors play an elaborated prank on him and the episode ends on a frightened face of Saad.
Parting Thoughts
