Review
Hamza and family is doing a singing thing whilst Alishba is present. Zoya asks Hamza to sing for Rumi and the family finds out that Rumi isn’t half bad a singer herself. Whoever had lent voice to that Aap Jaisa Koi song has a beautiful voice. If it is Hania herself, kudos to this dimpled girl.
Azeem and Hamna have not planned their honeymoon. His mother, as usual, taunts Hamna… Not subtle; in your face taunts. Aunty ji, if you didn’t like her, you shouldn’t have married your son to her. If you’re typical mother-in-law whose life evolves around torturing their daughter-in-law. Aren’t we done with those stereotypical roles? Argh!
Azeem realizes it, thankfully, but still asks her to let go. I like that Hamna is giving her 100% to her marriage. Gauhar Rasheed looked so handsome in that suit.
On the contrary, Saman is all nice and sweet, just like the rest of Hamza’s family. She offers Rumi to work with her in her office. That’s not all. She forces Rumi to bake cake with her. Sahi hai!
Rumi and Hamza go to gym. She wears his clothes and his shoes. Hamza is impressed. On the ride, she pressed him for his fitness and his looks while he gives her angry looks. So, Feroz Khan gets a chance to show off his fitness regime.
Siddiqui Sahab is all emotional, reminiscing every rant by Rumi. The old couple acts well through this melodramatic scene.
Beginning the day with gym, that night Rumi tells Hamza that she senses multiple personality disorder in him. It enrages him, so he calls Hamna. Kyu Bhai? And why can’t Hamna block his number?
Rumi wakes Hamza up to go to montessori school. I like how she deals with him but she doesn’t know that angry Hamza vents out his frustration on her sister.
Enough said. See you in next review.
