Hello and good evening to all the people in self and/or forced qurantine. It is time to review Episode 11 of Pyar Ke Sadqay, my current favourite drama.

This episode begins at the same point where it left us – Sarwar makes Abdullah promise that he will not touch Mahjabeen; and he will leave her if Sarwar asks him to; and he will keep things to himself because that’s what men do.

Bawla Abdullah agrees to it, because he wants his stepdad’s approval.

The next morning, she offers to bring tea for Sarwar and Mansoora. Khidmat shuru…

And Sarwar’s awful acts, too, argh.

Mahjabeen also praises Abdullah during that part funny part cringy scene.

She comes back to her room and listens to Abdullah sleep talking that he likes her, loves her, Shanzey.

Dayum!

Another part funny part cringy tie when she goes to Sarwar’s room to get a tie. And, Abdullah spots them, uncomfortably near each other.

The only person who has the guts to talk in front of Sarwar, is Washma and she defends Mahjabeen’s papay. Sarwar literally makes Abdullah dance to his tunes – from ordering him around to talking ill about Munshi and Mahjabeen.

The employees are obviously happy to see the actual heir of the company. Sarwar orders the manager to make him sit outside, kettle class until he proves worthy of the MD post.

And then there’s Shanzey’s wedding card. He works on the files, finds loopholes in accounting. Sarwar spins it around and scolds Ikhtiyar, the manager that Abdullah isn’t qualified enough. He humiliates him, so much. I can’t even…

Ewww, I don’t want to watch this drama. The cringe factor has grown exponentially and the humour has nearly disappeared.

Abdullah, get a spine!

Like Mahjabeen did. She is worried about how Munshi will run his house. She even promises to study, to get a job to earn a living for her parents.

Washma tries to boost Mahjabeen’s morale. I wish she stays with Mahjabeen at every step of the way.

I am not very excited for next episode.
