Qarz-e-Jaan Episode 6 Written Update and Review
Barkat tries to keep Bisma out of the celebrations once Beenish’s date is fixed. The date wasn’t discussed; it was simply announced by Barkat and everyone just agreed.
Asad’s mother isn’t too happy about it, though. She’s suspicious about the allegations and rightly suggesting “aag hoti hai toh dhuan uthta hai”. Sohail, however, is unperturbed.

Ammaar is at a hotel in Lahore, with strict instructions to not switch on his phone. His scene was primarily without dialogues and he could convey his anxiety so well. Nameer, you’re the reason this drama is so popular.
~
Beenish and Asad have a fight about Ammaar’s case. But they patch up soon.
Nashwa randomly brings up Bisma’s wedding and gets a tight slap. The look on her face, just wow.

Bakhtiar settles a deal with police commissioner to let the case slide under the rug.

Sana and Asra discuss Maheen’s case with Nashwa. I didn’t like how Asra was slightly accusatory towards Nashwa. It is her cousin and uncle who are the criminals. What wrong did she do?
Sana brings up Maheen’s case with Burhan. Burhan, being a seasoned lawyer, demands evidences and also tries to suggest the other implications of this FIR (that it was consensual, that she’s taking a revenge, etc). All valid points, but the four interns couldn’t say anything worthy of discussion. Woh to Burhan agreed to see Maheen, otherwise these folks were do clueless.
~
Nashwa is too emotional and too connected with the criminal. She struggles to see the picture clearly and focus on facts and evidence. I’m hoping that we see her grow from an impulsive intern to a mature lawyer who relies evidence and now her gut feelings.
