Sirf Shabana Episode 4 Written Update and Review
Okay, so now Shabana has to find a match for herself. She asked Rakhshi for help but Rakhshi doesn’t seem very eager. I mean, given that Shabana fought for Rakhshi’s job and let go of her own promotion/salary hike, Rakhshi seems a bit selfish to me. Just her look in the first episode when Shabana said: main baat karti hoon, had seemed off. Matlabi aurat hai woh.
Safiya quickly understands that Shabana has lied to bring Sarosh’s proposal for Hina. I like khala bhanji bond so far. The rasm is also with assumption that Shabana is also getting married the same day.
On the other hand, Bilal and Tara talk, discuss Bilal’s predicament of living with mosquitoes in the shop. Bilal tries to win that girl back (jisko Urdu ka bol ke daraya thha) but she’s already engaged to someone else now. Funny it was how Bilal ran away from there.
And then he runs into Shabana.
Bilal: ammi mere liye koi nikammi ladki dekh rahi hain.
Hilarious!!!
And much anticipated proposal: mujh se shaadi kar lo tum.
He says yes. I need 3 lakh rupees to publish my book. Then I will marry the khamba if you want me.
And how he imagines Shabana is secretly in love with him. Bawla toh woh hai.
Bilal: give me some advance
Shabana: pagal wagal toh nahin hai.
I had the exact same line in my mind when a boss of mine (there are many) said something stupid today. Monday we have a weekly demo meeting and Tuesday full day is packed with meetings. I have come to realize that if I write a post on these days, I relate to main characters and their lines more strongly.
Anywho!
So, Nusrat is onboard with Shabana’s proposal because she had topped inter. Mother, not so much. But now there’s engagement. Nusrat taking full control of the situation and Bilal just being Bilal.
Kabeer learns that Dadi is visiting Hasil Pur to check the karigars after that Akhtar wala fraud so he decides to tag along. Kabeer and dadi stop by at the bakery. Dadi talks to Mannu and calls for Shabana. But mannu says: Kabeer sahab is asking for Shabana baaji.
Bachhe? Yeh kab hua?
Didn’t like this slip on director’s part. Drama create karne ko changed the line.
Bilal: Maine tumhein bakery mein jaane ki ijaazat di.
This guy is hilarious! His one liner and Shabana’s strong character is what brings me to this drama. I sure hope this continues to be the case.
