Winter Love Episode 23 Written Update and Review

I didn’t really want to post this because I was so unimpressed by this episode but I also realize we’re nearing the end and I don’t want to start abandoning projects now that the blog is seeing steady traffic again.

Hayat has convinced everyone to bring Zark’s proposal for Meerub (I know it’s Beerum or something, but at first I thought her name is Meerub, I don’t want to change that. Also, I won’t say Beerum, it sounds weird to me) even though he knows it’d be difficult for him to see Mushk.

Qadeer’s ex-wife-to-be-who-is-separated-but-not-divorced Roohi has come to settle some kinda score with Qadeer, and Mashal has arranged Roohi to stay with Roshni. Why they entertain a woman who’s seeking a divorce is beyond me.

The guests come over, and the families are pleasantly surprised that Gulnaz and Qadeer are old friends.

Mushk is wheel-chair ridden, and gets upset to see Hayat. Then she’s whining about being dependent, without even looking who she’s talking to. Long story short, Hayat offers his hand for support so she can get up, and she DOES get up, and Hayat sings praises of just how strong Mushk is.

I’m a fan of Mawra’s but this character Mushk is so annoying that even Mawra’s performance doesn’t do any good. In honestly feel this project is not for her.

Also, side note, there has been sudden spike in YouTube shorts highlighting Mawra’s pregnancy and all. I was like, was it not evident from the way she’s dressing up since the beginning? Anyway, I didn’t want to talk about it so I kept it quiet. I just want to say how people are cutting clips and speculating about her pregnancy, it’s in bad taste.

The review would be incomplete without me bickering about the temperature, right? It has rained a couple of times this month but the weather has not changed much. Allah, garmi ki shiddat ko kam kar de, ameen.

I will update the list when I watch the episodes and more characters enter the scene.
