A Retrospective: The week that was – 19w17

This weeks temptation is chocolate. Yummy!

Hello again and welcome to my world!

I finally completed the translation of my first-ever book and it is live. Please check it out here. Please read and support me. Cheers!

Work front was more challenging than usual. I am on-call support this week, AGAIN, which means 12 hours of work. To make matters worse, Monday and Wednesday were government holidays. It meant I had to work from home.

Do you have any idea how difficult it is? Imagine you are sitting

  • in front of the laptop
  • in a non-ergonomic chair
  • for ten hours straight
  • where the temperature is 42 degress celcius

Yes, I thank you for your sympathies.

I finished reading two books and both did nothing to relax me. If anything, both books dragged on and added to the stress. Now, I am looking for something light and short and fluffy. Recommendations are welcome.

Enough about me, how have you been? How was your week?

I want to take a moment and thank every visitor on my blog. Your time is appreciated 🙂
