Gimme Gimme, More!

Hey there, lovely readers! 🌼

Shabana Mukhtar here, ready to chat about today’s daily prompt: What could you do more of?

Wow! This one is simple. I could go on and on, but I will list only three-sleep, eat, write and in that order. I’ve never finished a daily prompt in such record time. What was it? 12 seconds?

But, I can’t do that. The idea was to let my mind stretch and my fingers fly over the keyboard. So, let’s turn this simple question into a grand, wordy spectacle, shall we? After all, why use a few words when I can use a few hundred to describe what I could do more of? So, dear readers, brace yourselves as I dive into the abyss of verbosity!

The Art of Slumber

First and foremost, allow me to expound upon the topic of sleep. Ah, sleep, that mystical realm where dreams intertwine with reality, where the land of nap beckons us with its siren song.

Could I do more of sleep, you ask? The answer is a resounding yes! Given my history with insomnia, I could certainly go with more of sleep. As of this morning, I have slept all of 4 hours and you can imagined the state of mind I’m in. In a world where time seems to slip through our fingers like sand, the notion of indulging in the sweet embrace of slumber for a few more blissful hours is nothing short of tantalizing. Imagine the dreams I could conjure, the adventures I could embark upon, and the pillow indents I could deepen with my dedication to the art of sleep!

Feasting and Foodie Fantasies

Now, let’s turn our attention to the delightful realm of eating. Oh, the pleasures that await the gastronomic adventurer! While I could certainly list a myriad of dishes, delicacies, and delectable delights I’d like to indulge in more-oh, wait, I have: My Favourite Types of Foods , let’s just say that the world of food offers an endless buffet of possibilities. From savoring the perfect bite of Biryani to sipping on a velvety hot chocolate, the culinary universe beckons me to explore its every nook and cranny.

For the past couple of months, the doctor has suggested that I stay away from sugar, grease, meat, eggs and what not, basically just veggies, lentils and water. You have no idea how much I crave food these days.

So, could I do more of eating? Absolutely! But let’s not forget that eating is not merely sustenance; it’s a journey, an experience, a passionate affair with flavors and textures.

Writing Wonders

And now, we arrive at the pièce de résistance—writing. Ah, writing, my trusted companion. To write, to create worlds, to craft characters, and to weave stories is a privilege and a passion. Since I get at least three new ideas every day, keeping up with those stories is a lot. I wish I could write every story that comes to my mind.

Could I do more of it? Without a doubt!

The keyboard beckons, the blank page awaits, and the characters whispers in the quiet corners of my mind. I could immerse myself in the world of words for hours on end, spinning tales, sharing thoughts, and crafting narratives that transport both writer and reader to uncharted territories.

But wait, did I just list three things and promise to keep it brief? Well, I suppose I may have gotten carried away. Time does fly when we’re immersed in the art of words. In record time, I’ve managed to extend this response far beyond its intended brevity. What was it? Five minutes, you say? Perhaps a bit longer, but who’s counting when there’s a world of exploration, indulgence, and creation to revel in?

Alright, there you have it, a wordier-than-anticipated answer to the question of what I could do more of. Sleep, eat, write—these are the pursuits that beckon me, each with its own unique allure and endless possibilities.

And now, dear readers and fellow bloggers, I leave you with a challenge: What could you do more of? Feel free to embark on your own wordy adventure as you contemplate the vast realm of possibilities that await. Until next time, let’s savor every moment, every bite, and every word on this journey called life. 🌟🍽️📖
