Serhat Teoman as Dr Sinan

Sinan is a successful young doctor who is working in the emergency room of the hospital. He lives alone and enjoys his quiet and event-free life.

Duygu Yetis as Dr Nisan / Naina

Rojda Demirer as Dr Ayla

Ayla is Sinan’s elder sister. She is also a doctor and has lived in USA for a while before returning to Istanbul. Currently, she has no place to live and has decided to live with her younger brother Sinan.

She likes to play the elder sister card and treats Sinan like a young boy. She pulls his cheeks, messes his hair and teases him often.

Tamer Tirasoglu as Dr Berzan / Bazil

Berzan is a no nonsense and serious kinda guy. He knows Nisan from earlier and treats her like an elder brother.

Sertan Erkacan as Abidin

Nisan’s childhood friend who later doubles as her boyfriend, and then threatened by his boss to marry her. He talks incessantly, is full of himself, boasts ALL.THE.TIME. He is the permanent comic relief of this series.

Gokhan Soylu as Dr Murat

Murat is a senior doctor and administrator at the hospital. Murat is getting a divorce and is very upset about child’s custody.

Serkan Ozturk as Malik

The semi-bald receptionist with a potbelly. He is nosy, talkative and boasty.

Intern at the hospital. She is rich, brat and isn’t really a good doctor.

Elif Verit as Yildiz

Melik’s stalker

Emre Yanik as Ali

An intern. Ipek’s friend / loverboy. Ipek doesn’t give him much attention. He is relatively better when it comes to diagnosing patients.

Gözde Mukavelat as Ozge

Sinan’s ex girlfriend

Metin

The cookie guy who sells cookies in front of the hospital. He Berzan helps him often buying cookies from him and prescribing medicines for free.

 

Serenay Aktas as Zeynep

Nisan’s friend and fellow doctor. Her boyfriend had dumped her and she’s quite feisty.

Uzair

Sinan’s friend and fellow doctor. He is a flirt.

Sonia

Sinan’s mother. She’s also a doctor.
