PLOT SUMMARY & MY COMMENTARY

(Emergency Love Urdu Episode 128)

Abidin and Melik continue to bet: this time on a game. Amena insists that Mahek is ruining Nisan’s life but nobody listens to her.

The tables are turning. Sonia allows Zeynep to assist her for surgery. Uzair is obviously upset about it.

Tanveer and Mahek continue with their plotting games. Mahek lies that Seema is pregnant. How far will this girl go? And to think this is all to stop Nisan from marrying Sinan.

(Emergency Love Urdu Episode 129)

Tanveer and Nisan finalize an apartment for Tanveer. The estate broker suggests that they can get the apartment if they pretend to be a couple. I don’t understand. I never understand when landlords don’t rent their apartment to bachelors in real life and on reel.

The fake pregnancy drama continues and it reminds me of Didem in Ask Laftan Anlamaz. Nisan learns about the same, gets upset and falls unconscious.

This episode was laden with a lot of flashbacks. I mean, way too many flashbacks in past couple of episodes.

(Emergency Love Urdu Episode 130)

Mr Haqqi the landlord comes to the hospital to get the signature on rental agreement.

Sinan and Nisan argue and angered Nisan breaks the windshield of a car, not Sinan’s car. Now, Sinan has to pay for the damages. Hehe!

Sinan then heads to confront Seema. Drama, right? Wait, there’s more. Amena is missing. And, on foot, she arrives at her old locality. Her name is Nasreen, and of course, Sinan finds her there’s too. At least one of the problems is solved.

Go home, and spend time with your family.

Nisan says and the episode ends.

(Emergency Love Urdu Episode 131)

Abidin brings Nisan to a secluded corner so she can bawl and get over Sinan. I love this character. I watched a video today that shows how to depict a platonic relationship. Abidin is perfect example of that.

Melik and Abidin have another bet going on: that Abidin will woo Mahek within a week. Nooo. Abidin is the best and Mahek is the worst. Don’t bring them together as a couple, please don’t.

Nisan tells Sinan about Seema’s pregnancy. And the immediate next scene shows Mahek confessing the whole drama which Zeynep overhears.

The episode ends as Sinan confronts Seema. Awesome!

(Emergency Love Urdu Episode 132)

I ended the review of previous episode with one question: why are Sonia and Mahek going to these lengths to stop Sinan from marrying Nisan?

Sinan has the same question. They had no reason except for extending the plot unnecessarily. They apologize to Sinan but is that enough? I guess not.

Uzair also decides to tell Zeynep everything. Zeynep is upset at first and later forgives him but not before we see a two minutes long flashback.

Mahek tells Nisan everything and Abidin takes her to Sinan. The recurring cast is all present for their reunion scene. I like that.

And just like that, the series ended.

PARTING THOUGHTS

I don’t understand. The Turkish series are long but they always end abruptly without giving enough closure. I notice that for all the series I have watched and I am planning for summarize my observations in a post. A mental note to write a post and signing off.
