Aik Mohabbat Aur | Episode 12

About Aik Mohabbat Aur

Aik Mohabbat Aur is a story of Khushbakht, a strong and determined ACP officer who has already seen the painful side of love. After a love marriage that couldn’t survive the test of time, she returns to her parents home with her young daughter and the scars of a broken relationship. Instead of comfort, she finds herself living under constant judgment, where her presence is often seen as a burden rather than a daughter seeking support. These experiences slowly make her lose faith in love and companionship.

On the other side is Haroon, A principled journalist who believes in truth and depth rather than superficial choices. Pressured by his mother to settle down, He struggles to find someone who truly connects with his heart and values. His life takes an unexpected turn when a case brings him face to face with ACP Khushbakht.

While working around the same investigation, Haroon is drawn to Khushbakht’s courage, dignity and the silent strength with which she carries her past. For Haroon, it becomes love but for Khushbakht, love is a chapter she believes has already ended. Now begins Haroon’s emotional journey to break the walls around Khushbakht’s heart and prove that sometimes life gives a second chance.

Aik Mohabbat Aur Episode 12 Written Recap and Review

What is Omair Rana’s character called yaar? He’s seeking Sonia Murtaza to join the channel to raise TRPs. On the other hand, he keeps pressuring Haroon to do some “stunts” to raise TRP for Malik at 8, uss ne Chaudhary se paise bhi pakde hain, for another interview. I don’t know how things work in politics and news channels so I wouldn’t comment on that but I liked that Haroon chose THAT moment to give his shaadi ka card.

Speaking of Sonia Murtaza, she has clearly not moved on after leaving Haroon and would cause another conflict in the marriage, I’m sure. I also want to note how Hajra Yamin steals the attention even in her small role (small until now). There was one episode where Haroon comes to talk to Sonia. Once he leaves, she just stands there, processing her feelings and then looks away. Just two seconds worth of camera attention brought so much realism to the story. Even in Dr Bahu, she turned out to be the real heroine. Love Hajra Yamin.

Haroon Malik is trying to be the nicest person ever. He is very very supportive of Khushi and her ambitions and aspiration. Sounds too good to be true, right? I think we all know that it is not going to go down very well for some reason or the other. One of those reasons is Haseeb who shows up at Harun malik’s right before Haroon gets ready for the nikaah. And when he arrives for nikaah, his face shows he’s in a conundrum of some sorts.

That’s all for episode 12. I drafted this and didn’t post it until just now.
