Dr. Bahu explores the theme of quiet control hidden behind progressive appearances. In a respected family of doctors, their youngest non-doctor son is married to a doctor—adding another accomplished daughter-in-law to a household where women are not allowed to work.
When the youngest daughter-in-law enters this world, she begins to challenge the unspoken rules, subtly shifting power and exposing buried hypocrisies.

Doctor Bahu Episode 24 Written Update and Review
And the Master Manipulator award goes to… Dr Shahnawaz.
After promising Salman the same WHO position that he offered Mina, and making Saniya feel guilty about not taking care of Farheen in the battle of cancer, and offering Ambar a UN position in exchange of giving the kid to Mina; at home, Shahnawaz blames everything on Farheen. Farheen reacts, for the first time. Their long argument was so nice to watch. Everytime, Shahnawaz is like, iss baar toh main jeet gaya, yeh chup ho jayegi. But Farheen surprises him, and us, with another stinging reply.
Shahnawaz : I don’t care anymore.
Farheen: You never cared, Shahnawaz.
Salman and Saniya relationshit is still bleh, I don’t care anymore. Did I ever care?
The best part of the episode was Mina looking at Shahnawaz and Farheen and an imperceptible shake of her head that problably says: in ka kuch nahin ho sakta.
I loved how Farheen said in the last scene: meri bas ho gayi hai. I say that sentence at least once a day.
