Meray Humnasheen
Meray Humnasheen is a mesmerizing narrative encapsulating the struggle between aspiring dreams, hopes and greed for power.
Khajista is a smart, intelligent girl who belongs to a conservative and traditional family that hails from mountainous areas. Her passion to become a doctor stems from her childhood trauma when she lost her mother early on in life. To revolutionize healthcare services, Khajista is filled with hopes and dreams. On the other hand, Khajista’s cousin Darakhzai is a hot-headed and arrogant man whose backward thinking makes him insecure about Khajista’s higher studies and wishes to keep her under his control.
Coming from an educated and well-off family, Hadi is in his final year of medical school and his composed demeanour makes him highly likeable amongst his batch mates. Studying in the same college, Khajista and Hadi’s first encounter leaves them with mixed feelings for each other.
In a dream of becoming a doctor, will Khajista be able to overcome all the challenges? With constant pressure from her family particularly Darakhzai, will Khajista be able to fulfil her dreams or will she remain caught in the dilemma of love and dreams?

Meray Humnasheen Episode 13 Written Update and Review
Darakhzai is going to pick up Khajista after the exams. His car breaks down in Behram’s area who insists on helping to change the tyre. God knows what Behram is upto. I’m sure he has done something serious to the car. Maybe a severe accident or something. But the car only swerves and stops. Jise Allah rakhe usey kaun chakhey.
In the college, Khajista is revising her course when Dr Flirt talks to her. Seriously, Hadi looked like the most badmash boy who flirts with the heroine unnecessarily. I lost all the respect I had for Dr Hadi Shahryar.
While writing the exams, Hassan not only cheats but also throws the farra by Khajista’s desk. The invigilator grabs the farra and pins it on Khajista. Thankfully, Dr Shahryar is in the room, and he let’s Khajista go (I think he identifies Hassan’s handwriting). Later, Hassan teases Khajista for cheating.
Dr Shahryar loses his temper at Hassan. I was right, he identifies the handwriting. Itna koi danTa hai Hassan ko. Sabika still pampers Hassan. Seriously? Seriously? Initially, I thought it was only Hassan who’s problematic, but the whole family is crazy. Hadi is flirting with Khajista, Sabika forces Khajista to apologize for no fault of hers, Hassan is after Khajista to torture her as much as possible, Aima has taken the oath to humiliate Khajista. They are all crazy.
Khajista is home after some bittersweet moments with Darakhzai. The shit at home awaits her as Shanzay keeps talking rubbish about Khajista. Our girl is still determined to survive, though.
“Mere Allah, main tere bandon ki baton se nahin rukungi, inshallah.”
You go girl!
Darakhzai and Khajista’s relationship is very well done, and Darakhzai might be a bit hot tempered but he has his heart in right place and he cares for Khajista. This is so sweet, and I wish we see more of them. Don’t you?
