Alright, it is time to review the fffth episode of Daasi.
Before you proceed, please read my review of previous episodes.
Plot Summary & My rant
So, Rubab Waseem (not Rubab Salahuddin) meets Sunehri. Rubab manipulates her to change Aahil’s heart. Tauqeer is trying to dissway her but rubab is optimistic.
Aliya writes a letter to Aahil but they assume that it is for. Obviously!
Aahil gets when he finds out about Rubab’s visit. Sunehri follows him and Mujtaba sees their banter. Ab to jhagda Hoga.
Aahil and Aadil get an interview call. They reject Aahil as undeserving. Why didn’t Aadil interview?
Review
Couldn’t they hire someone more legit for interviewers’ part? One of them simply kept nodding while the other one was visibly awkward.
Why does Sunehri refer to herself as Sunehri? I’m not a big fan of third person reference for oneself.
Hina Khwaja Bayat nails the scene with Sunehri. On a side note, her interview with Sameena Peerzada tells a lot about her. I didn’t know she was so eloquent.
Does anyone find it slow? I mean, even at 1.5x, eheheh!
What do others think of this episode? Please leave comments. Until next review, stay blessed.
