Aik Sitam Aur Episode 28 Written Update & Review

So, Raeesa tries to blackmail Zainab for Ushna. Marry Ushna with Sufiyan, Sadaf with Shehroz or else I will tell Ushna about her past, that she is adopted.

Wahab comes home to see Zainab restless. He learns about Raeesa’s threats. Wahab being a resourceful man, doesn’t take this well. He takes Zainab to Raeesa’s house, and gives an ultimatum to them.

“Don’t take Zainab to be a helpless woman. I will ruin you,” Wahab says.

Now, Rafaqat is mad at Raeesa, Sufiyan is mad at his mother, and Mehnaz has another reason to smirk at Raeesa.

Naeema learns that Wahab and Zainab have gone out. I had a feeling that she is a bit jealous of Zainab. I can’t say for sure, but we will know in the coming episodes if my hunch is right or not.

Raeesa is still trying to find a way to “get Ushna for Sufiyan”. I know, the choice of words might be cringy, but that’s the feeling I get. Sufiyan seems like a bit obsessed about Ushna. This isn’t love. Mohabbat phaddebazi mein nahin parti, but that’s just my opinion.

Sufiyan meets Ushna who behaves rudely. I think this was about time. She should have kept this stance right from the beginning. Anywho, Sufiyan is upset and slits his wrist (very mature of him). Raeesa and Rafaqat both vow to “get Ushna for Sufiyan”. Again, the same words. That is how they talk. They make it sound as if Ushna is a toy they will get from the market.

I didn’t enjoy this episode much, because Shehroz wasn’t part of this episode. I guess I’m watching this only for Shehroz.

As usual, the performances are so good. Ayesha Gul and Maria Wasti both impress me in this episode.
