Kaala Doriya | Episode 20

Introduction

Saima Akram Chaudhry and Danish Nawaz–the writer and director duo who gave us gems like Chupke Chupke (I quite liked it) and Hum Tum (it was hit-n-miss). This duo now brings us another romantic comedy Kaala Doriya.

Kaala Doriya is story of two families who despise each other. The guy and the girl, especially can’t tolerate each other. When they fall in love, all hell breaks loose. Will they be able to cross the hurdles thrown their way by family or will they power through to come together as one? Watch Kaala Doriya to find out.

Drama Kaala Doriya Episode 20 Written Update and Review

Shuja is hospitalized, Tanno and Mahnoor is robbed, everyone is upset and tired and exhausted. Needless to say, almost everyone is unhappy with this rukhi pheekhi shaadi. Abba Miyan asks Bitto to make tea, and the new bride is super mad about it. The scenes were hilarious with a sad undertone. I like it-not too senti, not too funny, just right.

To my surprise, Tanno is nice to Kukku and super sweet to Bitto. The next day, Saleeqa and Amma brings naashta. The little rant between Saleeqa and Tanno was fun. The funnier part was that the bride and groom were missing. Mahboor is the one who finds that Kukku has checked in into Dubai airport, tagging the whole family. The funniest part was that Tanno blames Asfi was involved in everything.

Asfi asks Mahnoor why she called him and nobody else. Mahnoor has no answer, or is she pretending to be naive? Can’t say.

Zainab Qayyum was on fire in today’s episode. Her dialogues and her delivery both made me go haha in the middle of the night. This episode was the best so far. I wish I could watch more of this crazy family right away.
