Let’s review the 10th episode of Mere Paas Tum ho.
Plot Summary
We see what has happened in Islamabad. Shahwar asks her to leave Danish.
She waits for him to go to school and calls Shahwar. He manipulates her, again, by claiming that he’d be willing to give up everything for her.
She doesn’t like Rumi being friendly with the guard. Getting class concious, are we?
She blows things out of proportion and says “I cannot live with you. I am fed up with this relationship.”
And, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s voice drown you in a pool of sorrow and sympathy.
Review
In one scene, Monty says “you’re the most beautiful woman of this building.”
Her response, “thank you.” Why doesn’t she retaliate?
In the flashback, we see that she has agreed to alight on the next station. So, she wants out. Yet, when he asks her for divorce, she seems shocked.
It’s not Shahwar. It’s Mehwish who has more questionable morales.
Yet again, we hear a lot of good lines.
