Tere Aany Se Episode 2 Written Update & Review
So, Rania is at a wedding, uninvited, and she dances to prove that she isn’t scared of anyone. A guy spots Rania, because no other girl is worth noticing? The boys come and join the party. A little bickering leads to a dance-off.
Argh!
I have already ranted about the inclusion of dancing etc in Pakistani dramas, but here goes again. Islam forbids dancing. To show Muslim dancing as a way of celebration is wrong, and to show it in a Ramzan special drama is just terrible. These writers must understand the religious sensibilities, and our dramas shouldn’t promote non-islamic values. Making and watching dramas is also forbidden unless it is for a “cause”. Writers and makers can strive to strike a balance.
Anywho!
So, Rania beats the boys (she cheats). Later, she eats from Maheer’s plate and just tests his patience. Let is suffice to say that the stage is set for a hate-to-love rom-com.

Rania’s phupho Asma’s proposal has come thanks to Rania. The boy checks all the boxes except he is a little bit “nazuk mizaaj”. Asma is as upset as could be, but the proposal gets nowhere. Asma would be single, until…
We see Farhad and family. Farhad’s mamu is also single. No prizes for guessing that Rania’s phupho would finally end up with Farhad’s mamu.
Also, this episode reveals that Rania’s father is alive. Somehow, Rania thinks that her father is no more. Why did her family lie to her? We will find out as the drama progresses.

Review
This episode was okay but what stood out was Hammad, the aalsi shehzada of Maheer’s house. He doesn’t even get up to pick up his phone. Saleem Mairaj is great, as usual.
