Mannat Murad | Episode 7

Mannat Murad

Mannat is a beautiful young girl who hails from a progressive family that values love, care, and mutual respect. Raised in an environment where everyone’s choices are respected, Mannat enjoys the freedom to make her own decisions. Following the untimely demise of her parents, she finds support from her elder brother, Nafees, who showers her with affection.

On the other hand, Murad belongs to a conservative family where his mother, the matriarch, wields significant influence over his life choices. As the only son, Murad is burdened with the responsibility of fulfilling his family’s expectations. Soft-spoken and romantic by nature, Murad finds himself unable to defy his mother’s authority, especially after the passing of his father.

Despite their starkly contrasting backgrounds, Mannat and Murad’s hearts find solace in each other’s presence, and they fall deeply in love. However, their families’ interference creates misunderstandings between Mannat and Murad, testing the strength of their bond.

Will their families agree to their union? Will Mannat’s family, with their open-mindedness, find common ground with Murad’s conservative household? Can Mannat and Murad’s love for each other withstand the motives of their families, who seek to create further misunderstandings between them?

Mannat Murad Episode 7 Written Update and Review

Assalam Alaikum, peeps!

Shabana Mukhtar here, to recap and review the latest episode of Mannat Murad. Without much further ado, let’s see what happened in this episode.

Alright, so now Razia thinks that Murad is into a divorcee names Azra in their family. She is confident about it, so much that she asks Shaukat to follow Murad and gather all the information he can. Shaukat extorts a lot of money for the petrol and whatnot.

~

Azra arranges for a lunch date between Mannat and Murad. They discuss their respective crazy family-her possessive brother and his nosy mother. Anyway, both try to find a way to make things work.

As Mannat starts her car, she notices a creepy guy following her. After a lot of passing shots, she finally stops the car and confronts Shaukat. Very conveniently, three policemen walk upto them and take Shaukat to the police station.

~

Nafees is mighty pissed at Mannat for not reaching home as promised as there was a family waiting to meet Mannat. Despite the legitimate reason that Mannat tried to tell him about, he was all grumpy and moody. I was like, man, you raised that girl. Now, give her a break and let her live her life a little. Don’t smother her.

~

Shaukat is arrested and Nudrat comes to live with her mother. Night and Fazeelat are enjoying the arrest, even offering to celebrate this “freedom”. I like these two girls. I would like to see what happens next in this context.

Review

This was yet another a fast-paced episode which I liked. Now, we wait for the next week.
