A Retrospective: The week that was – 19w10

Hello again and welcome to my world!

How have you been?

This is time for a recap of my week.

First off, I want to take a moment and thank every visitor on my blog. Your time is appreciated 🙂

My Office:

I am swamped by work. I generally draft my weekly update post on Thursday and add finishing touches on Friday. This one is getting drafted on a Friday evening. That tells a lot about the workload.

My Writing:

I write because I have a goal of writing 2000 words everyday. I reach that goal. Whether any of those 2000 words are actually used in the final version, is something I would not like to discuss.

I have three translations, of my own work, of course, going on. And, I am working on two more stories. Five work-in-progress, can you believe that? I must be crazy.

My Reading:

I finished reading four books, nothing from my ‘review on request’ pile. The review is getting drafted.

Amina’s Voice (By Hena Khan)

Love, Hate and Other Filters (By Sameera Ahmed)

Always You (By Kirsty Mosely)

The Boy Who Sneaks in My Bedroom Window (By Kirsty Mosely)

I seriously need to resume writing.
