The week that was: #3

Hello everyone!

This is time for a recap of my week.

I realized that I ain’t sharing anything about the weekend. That is primarily because my weekends are almost always the same. I do a lot of dusting, cleaning, laundry, and what not. I try to spend some time with my family and also on editing of my ongoing writing work.

I had a lot of workload and therefore pressure this week. I have to finish my story. This is an agile story, which has different meaning in IT world and certainly not fun.

I have a couple of high defects that others should have fixed, but didn’t. And now those defects are assigned to me.

To top it, the workshop and discussions for next sprint’s work (sprint is another agile terminology) began and meetings made for a significant part of the week. Again, it came down to struggling – struggling to fit in more work within the limited hours.

Yesterday, I had to work 11 hours. There were far too many things to finish and I knew that if I left those unfinished, I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep – not that I fall asleep easily otherwise.

Thank god it’s Friday and I just left office. I am not looking forward to review the Coke Studio Episode now. I kinda got boring. This season is not very exciting compared to earlier ones. But that’s just me.

I got another request from indie author to review his book. The review will be my next post, hopefully. I am still watching season 2 of Kara Para Ask, which is just not ending. I am sick of it but can’t stop watching it either.

The third phase of Crooning Techies Novel is on amazon. You can also read first and second parts. One last stretch for the fourth and final part and then my first novel will be complete.

Have a happy weekend 🙂

P.S. I want to take a moment and thank every visitor on my blog. Your time is appreciated 🙂
