The week that was: #5

Hello everyone!

This is time for a recap of my week.

Let me start by saying that it was the best week of 2018. Why, you ask?

Monday and Tuesday were regular work days. I have managed to bring down the defect count from 9 to 5. Yayyy me. For others, those two days were dedicated to dressing up and clicking photos – ALL.DAY.LONG.

This is Diwali week. We got holiday off on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; followed by the weekend. Can you believe that? I have five consecutive days off.

I had plans to finish a lot of incomplete drafts and publish it. However, I had other plans too. I looked for train reservations. It was available. I booked two tickets. My dad and younger sister are here. Hurray!

Four days passed like four hours and Sunday is almost here. I have not finished the writing to-do list. Still, it is fun.Yes, I continue to write. Yes, I have  conquered the self-doubt, again. I will announce the come back, soon.

And yes, I thought of adding another feather in my cap. Do you like the image? Hand-painted with water colors. WooHoo.

Have a happy weekend, whatever is left of it 🙂
