Chanda Tara is an upcoming Ramzan special drama on Hum TV. It’s a sit-com as usual, and has a solid team behind it-the team that has given us projects like Chupke Chupke and Hum Tum and Kaala Doriya.

Chand Tara Episode 18 Written Update & Review

Alright, so after exactly a month, I have gathered the courage to watch and finish the drama.

We see Chand and Tara texting each other because they don’t get a chance to talk to each other otherwise. The romance continues via text and we see many scene with voice-overs. I HATED IT. Don’t ask me why, I don’t know the reason.

The kid’s teacher (I didn’t get his name) is a widower and his wife’s name was also Shumaila. How convenient! Later, we see that he drinks two cups of tea at once. This was the perfect opportunity for a product placement: Mezan Tea.

Sarim comes to see Tara at the hospital, but she’s busy. Later, we see some more romance. I think that since Ayeza and Danish are married, the on-screen couple is showing a bit more PDA than we are used to see.

This scene also has the social message, yet again from Tara: “Allah jise chahe ladka de, jise chahe ladka de.”
