Chand Tara Episode 2 Written Update & Review
In this episode, we see Tara, our spunky heroine, struggling to meet her mother’s expectations. Dr. Raziya, Tara’s mother, wants her daughter to be a picture of sobriety, wearing dull colors and never celebrating birthdays. It’s like she wants her to be an old soul trapped in a young body!
But Tara, being the adventurous spirit that she is, is tired of living a dull life. She wants to break free from her mother’s shackles and experience life to the fullest. Who can blame her? Life is too short to be stuck in a boring routine.
As someone who has been fortunate enough to make my own life decisions, I completely empathize with Tara’s situation. It’s tough when your parents have a certain vision for your life, and you just don’t fit into that mold. It can create a lot of tension and conflict.
But let’s be real here, parents putting pressure on their kids to lead a certain life is not a new concept. It’s been going on for generations. It’s like they forget that their children are individuals with their own unique personalities, dreams, and aspirations.
Sure, parents want the best for their kids. But sometimes, they forget that their version of “the best” might not align with their child’s. And that’s okay! It’s okay to have different perspectives and opinions. It’s what makes us human.
I digress.
So, Tara takes an ambulance to celebrate her birthday with Saarim. Isn’t that adventurous enough? Tara has a catchphrase-“yeh mera signature style hai”. I have noticed that Saima Akram Chaudhary always gives heroines catchphrases.
Meenu in Chupke Chupke: Tu ladki badi cool hai, yeh duniya namaqool hai
Neha Qutbuddin in Hum Tum: Jab Neha Qutbuddin ke hath mein khujli hoti hai toh nuqsaan kisi aur ka hi hota hai.
Tara in Chand Tara: Mera signature style hai…
Maala in Chand Tara: Main hoon Maala, Utar doongi sab ke dimagh ka jaala…

Dr Raziya has agreed to meet Chand’s family, but she already has a wrong first-impressions. First, she runs into Aashir and Rumi who talk very rudely with her. Then, she gets honked at by Babu Ji… I can only imagine how she would react when she sees who Chand’s family is. I mean, we all know they’re a little… unconventional. From their big joint-family to their not-so-poised behaviour, they’re definitely not your average family. But hey, maybe Dr. Raziya will see something in them that others haven’t. Who knows, maybe she’ll even join in on their quirky antics.
This episode was fast-paced, and I liked it. I can’t wait to see what happens next in “Chand Tara”. Will Dr. Raziya be able to see past Chand’s family’s quirks? Or will she run for the hills? Only time will tell, my friends.
That’s my take on the latest episode of Chand Tara. How do others feel about this episode?
