Let’s begin.

Yet again, Qalb-e-Momin and Momina spend their nights awake. Qalb-e-Momin tries to contact Momina and she doesn’t pick up his call.

Shelly reaches Qalb-e-Momin’s office as Daud and Qalb-e-Momin try to fix the situation. A gossip monger in Qalb-e-Momin’s office spills the beans and Shelly gives fodder to the media.

Momina and Qalb-e-Momin both watch the news and both have different reactions. Momina doesn’t move a muscle but Qalb-e-Momin is worried for his movie now, his dream project in a way.

Sultan tells Momina that he wants to meet Qalb-e-Momin. Now, we will know the entire truth.

Qalb-e-Momin is devastated and the next scene drags long, very long, as he sees her illusions.

Momina comes back. No, not because she sees how miserable he is. It is because Aqsa has requested her to do the film for her sake. She doesn’t just come back. She has also given him notes on updating the script. Now, he will know the missing pieces.

Qalb-e-Momin visits Suraiyya and the two bond over forgotten acquaintances. He also apologizes to Momina. Their chemistry is off the charts, by the way.

And, in walks Sultan.

These two shots play repeatedly, reminding me of Indian soaps.

Chalo, jaldi se aage ki kahani batao Qalb-e-Momin ko.

The way Suraiyya and Sultan treat him confuses him. Suraiyya’s schizophrenia kicks in, making the situation more uncomfortable.

And, then Sultan tells him the truth, which he isn’t able to digest. But then the past flashes past his eyes and he realizes it was him who caused his parents to separate. Burn!

And, this episode also clears up the confusion that Sultan killed Husn-e-Jahan. Next episode will show how Husn-e-Jahan married master Ibrahim.

As usual, spot on acting by all.
