Let’s begin the review of Episode 18 of Yeh Dil Mera. Before you proceed, may I request you to read about the characters and previous episodes’ reviews here. It will help you understand the story better. Unless you know it already 🙂
Of course, you know it. People are quite crazy about this drama.
PLOT SUMMARY & COMMENTARY
Sahira the Farooq that there is someone who knows about their relationship. Subtly, she hints on her mismatched marriage.
Will she tell him about Amaan? What game is she playing?
In turn, he asks her to be disconnected from the world by switching off the mobile phone. He then asks Ali Bakhsh to be a watchdog. Ali Bakhsh promises to give his life before anybody finds out about Farooq’s secret marriage.
Aina wakes up after a three hour nap, still depressed and haunted. Even Amaan’s guitar doesn’t cheer her up. Amaan calls her delusional, hearing voices that aren’t there – train and people. There is no swing as she claims to see.
Is she delusional? Or is he confusing her more? Of course, it is his setup. Again, what are his intentions? Does he want to treat her psychological problems or does he want to push off the cliff, to manipulate Farooq. Only time will tell.
Nargis Bua is now living with a relative, teaching Arabic to young kids.
Aina falls asleep and Amaan thinks about his past again. Humaira and Nilofer are chatting when Farooq walks in,
Humaira and Abdullah Khan are in danger as one could sense (and we know what happened already).
The deal with Sahira is over – she is safe, Farooq doesn’t doubt her anymore, her brother gets a lot of money and Amaan has the papers he needs.
The camera angles in the bathroom look suspicious again. Is Ali Bakhsh keeping an eye in the bathroom as well? Farooq doesn’t trust anyone, including Sahira. We still don’t know who’s leading in this chess game.
That’s where the episode ends.
