Zanjeerain Episode 14 Written Update and Review

Another fantastic episode and great performances by everyone, especially Danny Z.
Now that Rabiya is home, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is talking about “sardar bringing a girl home”. Even though Sar Buland has explained everything except the name of said friend.
I liked how respectfully he took care of Rabiya. Great writing and precise direction in that scene.
The best part, however, was when sar Buland sat down and explained his predicament to Sher Bano. He’s not just a great friend and a great sardar, he’s also a loyal man who can’t accept that he’s being misunderstood. He even lets Sher Bano in on the secret: that the woman is Rabiya, Mudassir’s wife. And Sher Bano suddenly changed her tone and be like: I trust you more than my life. No, you didn’t, even though Bibi Jaan told you to trust the man you love.
Sar Buland to Sher Bano: Mohabbat ko baar baar sach sabit karo toh woh jhooti lagne lagti hai.
I liked how the atmosphere has changed in the house just because of Rabiya. Gossiping, jealousy, character assassination…
I can’t wait to see the next episode. Zanjeerain is the best drama so far, out of four or five that I’m watching.
Wait…
