Ko Ko Korina, Ahad Raza Mir & Momina Mustehsan
Ahad Raza Mir is finally here. I was looking forward to his performance. I just love this lad. I was glad with the song selection but how disappointing.
The original, even if it was decades ago, was and still is a foot tapping dance number. This version, was slow and not so peppy. It felt dull.
Rating: 3/5 stars.
Aurangzeb, Mughal-e-Funk
Okay song.
Rating: 3/5 stars.
Dildar Sadqay, Jawad Ahmad & Elizabeth Rai
This was a nice song. I loved the banter in the lyrics. Elizabeth has a very thin voice, which I felt didn’t go well with Jawad’s vocals.
Rating: 4/5 stars.
Other observations:
- Dildar Sadqay is pick of the this episode.
- Ahad, good to see you sing. You’ve a nice voice.
- From season 11, my favourites or the songs that I replay over and over again; are incidentally both Momina’s – Roye Roye and Mahi Aa Ja.
Thanks for reading.
