In the unlikeliest of places, amidst subtle tiffs, Saad and Sarah find love blooming. Despite their initial doubts, their hearts gravitate towards each other, weaving a bond stronger than any disagreement. As they navigate through the uncertainties of emotions, love find its way, deepening their connection with each passing moment.
And it has nothing to do with Dastak Mere Dil Pe, the Urdu-dubbed turkish drama.

Dil Pe Dastak Episode 2 Written Update and Review
The Rescue
Sarah brings halwa for breakfast and realizes that Saad is in a soup, AGAIN. She bluntly tells the four unwanted guests (Kiran’s brothers) that Saad isn’t serious about Kiran. Big phadda as Riyaz fusses over it. Sarah and Raziya Sultana help Saad out of this tricky situation.
The Identity Dilemma
Jaani isn’t just a househelp, but he is also supposed to be a comic relief. Apparently, making fun of his unknown lineage is funny. He keeps repeating that he wants to make his ID card. I didn’t find it funny, if that wasn’t clear.
The Unnecessary Drama
There is some issue regarding electricity. The electrician asked for 2000 rupees but but Riyaz doesn’t agree to the demanded fee. Later, lights flicker at night, giving Riyaz a chance to yell at Saad for being good-for-nothing. Ladke ne thik kar di lights, though.
The Promise
Sarah deperately needs a job and is excited about her upcoming interview and plans to spend time away from her crazy family as much as possible.
The Preparation for Barsi
Sanjeeda comes to Yasmee’s house for beauty treatment for Yasmeen and Daadi. Saman Ansari is good in her role.
Yasmeen: Why don’t you look for a proposa for Sarah?
Dadi: Usko khud ko shaadi nahin huyi.
I don’t know why, but I found it funny.
That was all episode 2 was about.
Review
This is only the second episode and I’m already losing interest. As is my grouse with most dramas, the loud music for comic effect isn’t working. Also, did anyone else notice that the set was used in
Daasi? We also saw the same in Sajal Ali and Bilal Abbas drama that used to air on Saturday, what was it’s name?
