Introduction

HUM TV’s drama serial Mere Ban Jao is a story of love, trust, deceit and repercussions. Featuring the versatile Zahid Ahmed, Kinza Hashmi and Azfar Rehman in lead roles, the serial conveys a very important message related to the use of social media, repercussions of blind trust and sharing of personal and intimate moments online without realizing the disaster it can cause and the impact it can have on one’s life. Produced under the banners of Moomal Entertainment and MD Productions, the serial is written by Samira Fazal and directed by Ahmed Kamran. Starting from January 11, 2023, the serial also features Rabia Naureen, Ayesha Gul, Fazila Qazi, Qaiser Nizamani, Hira Tareen, Noman Habib, Afraz Rasool and others.

Mere Ban Jao Episode 17 Written Update & Review

Assalam Alaikum Dear Readers,

Shabana Mukhtar here. Today, I’m going to be reviewing the latest episode of “Mere Ban Jao.” 

Let’s discuss the ugly part first, because I want to save the good for the end.

Fardeen is done with Farah, I guess. The novelty is wearing off, and now he is back to  “I want revenge”. He even tells Farah that he can’t just marry her when HayaAzmiya is “just around the block”. Dude, make up your mind. I have. I have made up my mind that from now on, I wouldn’t watch a drama with Azfar Rehman or Sabeen Farooq in it. If they are in it, we know what kind of role they are playing-the kind that I don’t want to watch.

 Moving on, Zaki has gotten a huge consignment of fabric that he had ordered on Azmiya’s behest. He can’t afford it, so he goes to talk to Azmiya. Long story short, Salma is pleasantly surprised to hear that a designer was interested in Azmiya’s designs. She encourages Azmiya to pursue her passion. Now, that’s the kind of mother I like. Salma has been the helpless kind in the beginning, but in this episode, she takes a right decision. Kudos to her.

Now, Fardeen is back to harassing Azmiya. I’m not too thrilled about this track, but I knew this was coming so… Some cringe is coming our way, so be prepared.
