Tiny Tale: Corporate Culture

A crow was thirty.

He saw a pot of water.

Water was at the bottom of pot.

He thought for a while and flew to a nearby tree.

Another crow came by. There were pebbles on the ground. He started picking up the pebbles one by one, dropping each into the pot. As more and more pebbles filled the pot, the water level kept rising. Soon it was high enough for the crow to drink. His plan had worked. He starts to quench his thirst.

The first crow joined him.

“Hot day! Oh, water. Let me have a sip too.”

Corporate Culture Lesson: Don’t do the work yourself. Let someone else do it and casually swoop in to reap the rewards. Don’t work hard. Work smart.
