Tabassum is a beautiful and compassionate young girl. She selflessly takes care of everyone in her family and even supports them financially by giving tuition to children from her neighbourhood. While she leads a simple life, there is one thing that brings her immense joy and inspiration: watching Jannat’s morning show on television.

Jannat Ali Khan is the host of the morning show that Tabassum adores. She considers Jannat her idol and attempts to emulate her style and mannerisms. On the other hand, Jannat who influences the lives of thousand of such girls with a façade of grandeur is empty on the inside.

Will Jannat be able to fill her inner void? Will Tabassum’s dream to become someone else cause her to lose her own identity? Will Tabassum discover the importance of being true to oneself, or will she get lost in becoming an idealized version of someone else?

Jannat Se Aagay Episode 17 Written Update and Review

Hey there, drama enthusiasts! Shabana Mukhtar here, all set to break down the latest episode of “Jannat Se Aagay,” where the whirlwind of events keeps us on our toes.

Tabassum doesn’t even come home for Nammo’s date fixing event..the next day, Farooq comes to see Tabassum, but she leaves without giving him any hope. He is still hopeful, though, even though Tabassum isn’t interested. He’s delusional.

Farooq is learning to drive and his shady friend keeps asking for money one excuse or the other.

Jibran comes to take Tabassum for dinner. Tabassum stays to put the kids to sleep but also agrees to go out for a late dinner.

Tabassum teaches Aima to lie, and that lying gets you stuff. Aina tells Jannat that Tabassum is home but Aliyan tells the truth. Now, Jannat is confused.

Farooq tells Jibran to stay away from Tabassum.

Farooq: Tabassum is my fiance.

That night, Farooq also learns that Tabassum is staying at Jannat’s. He tells his mother, the two come to fix the dates. The date is fixed.

Jibran tells Tabassum about Farooq’s kinda threat. She comes home and flips out at her mother.

Tabassum: I don’t want to marry him.
Tasneem: then tell your father.
Tabassum: I will, I don’t care.

And then she walks out in slo-mo.
